MyDirtyHobby
Overview
MyDirtyHobby is Europe's largest amateur community, with a strong German core. It mixes three things in one place: videos and photos uploaded by amateur creators, live webcams, and a social network where you can follow, message and get to know the people who make the content. The scale is hard to beat. There are more than a million videos and hundreds of thousands of photo sets, with new uploads every day, covering every type of performer and almost every niche. The site is well organised and ad-free, and you can search by location to find creators near you. It does not work on a flat subscription. Nearly everything, from a single video to a message or a minute of webcam, is paid for with the site's own credits, so costs can climb quickly. You cannot preview before buying, and quality varies from creator to creator.
The good
- Enormous library of genuine amateur content
- Videos, photos, live cams and social features in one place
- Daily uploads across every niche
- Search for creators by location
- Clean, ad-free design
The bad
- Pay-per-item credits add up fast
- No previews before you buy, and quality varies
- Videos are streaming only
- Webcams are charged by the minute
Conclusion
MyDirtyHobby is the place to go for real amateurs and direct contact with them, and nothing else in Europe matches its size. Just go in with a budget, because paying per item makes it easy to spend more than you would on a normal subscription.
